Judge Miriam Walsh is reported to have been "very annoyed" after Conor McGregor did not turn up at Blanchardstown District Court on Thursday morning to face a speeding charge.
Judge Walsh said that if McGregor wanted to make an argument, he would have to there in person.
"I'm getting nothing but fingers from Mr McGregor. If he's making a case he has to be here. This is absolute disrespect to the court," said Judge Walsh, according to the Irish Independent.
The case was rescheduled for later on Thursday after McGregor's solicitor, Graham Kenny - who entered a guilty plea for his client - said that he would call the UFC fighter in an attempt to have him appear in court. The case had been previously adjourned twice this month.
The judge said that a "bench warrant will be coming in his direction if he's not here."
McGregor is charged with speeding on the N7 Naas Road back in March when he broke the 100km/h limit.
The Irish Mirror reported today that McGregor's father, Tony McGregor, said suggestions that his son's life was under threat were "nonsense".
