St. Patrick's Day weekend was already set up to be an incredible weekend for Irish fight fans with Mick Conlan's pro debut set to take place in Madison Square Garden on the 17th, and then Katie Taylor making an appearance on the GGG fight undercard the very next day, but it's just got even better.
Balls sources has been told of a rumour that The Notorious Conor McGregor was set to accompany Michael Conaln to the ring while raising the tricolour for his first professional bout, and that has been confirmed as true by the man himself on twitter as he posted a picture of himself, his brother Jamie, and McGregor together.
