Joseph Duffy has been ruled out of his fight with Dustin Poirier on Saturday night at the 3Arena.
Following the announcement - as many expected to happen - Conor McGregor jumped on Twitter to submit his take.
With typical bluster, McGregor offered to step in as replacement for Duffy, and give Poirier a rematch. The two fought in September of last year.
I will give peanut another crack at the King no sweat. I'll take the gate. It's my gate anyway. A cool 7. Cash. See you at the weigh ins.

That's 100% bravado. Dana White does not allow his prized pony on course with two days' notice.
Duffy was forced to pull out due to a concussion sustained in training, a perfectly legitimate reason. That doesn't matter to McGregor though.
Referencing Duffy's Montreal base with the Tristar Gym and Firas Zahabi, McGregor suggested the clean Canadian air was effecting the Donegal fighter's durability.
Must be that Canadian air. It's fresh as fuck over here. Rock chins bred on this side.
