Dessie Hutchinson and Jack Fagan will both make their championship bows for Waterford against Cork this weekend.
The two side meet at Semple Stadium at 3:30pm on Saturday. The game will be shown live on Sky Sports Mix.
Hutchinson, a former professional footballer with Brighton, starred for Ballygunner as they won their seventh Waterford senior title in a row.
He played for Waterford in the league earlier this year before Covid-19 halted that competition. The 23-year-old also played for the Waterford footballers last year.
Fagan, a De La Salle player originally from Meath, also played for Waterford in the league this year.
A major absence in the Waterford team is captain and free-taker Pauric Mahony who was earlier this month ruled out for the campaign by a knee injury.
