The 2020 All-Ireland hurling final will be unlike any All-Ireland in living memory. But as throw-in draws closer, anticipation is building for a truly epic 70 minutes of hurling. This evening, both John Kiely and Liam Cahill have revealed their 26 man squads for Sunday's decider.
The big news is the Aaron Gillane will start for Limerick. Gillane was listed as '50/50' last week following an injury sustained in Limerick's All-Ireland semifinal win over Galway. The talk out of the Limerick camp was that Gillane recovered well this week and his fitness is a huge boost to Kiely, Kinnerk and co given his scoring prowess. Kiely has opted to start Seamus Flanagan at full forward and use the in-form Peter Casey as an impact sub. Limerick defensive stalwart Richie English is named to the bench. English suffered a cruciate injury in February and it was believed his season was over. In the strangest season of them all, he'll have a chance to play in All-Ireland final.

For Waterford, Liam Cahill has only made one change to his starting team that defeated Kilkenny two weeks ago: Neil Montgomery starts for Jake Dillon. Montgomery had an excellent game off the bench against Kilkenny. Shane Fives was injured in the Munster final between Limerick and Waterford and will start on the bench.
