Sometimes it's tough to find the romanticism in sport, but then a storyline comes along that gives you that warm, fuzzy feeling inside.

When Tiger Roll romped home in the Glenfarclas Cross Country Chase, you couldn't help but smile at watching the veteran having one more day in the sun.

It was fitting that one of the greatest horses we'll ever see, and certainly one of Ireland's finest equine exports, should dominate on St Patrick's Day.

It's a shame that Cheltenham wasn't heaving with people to witness his fifth win at Cheltenham, but the Irish corner still roared the legend home.

Keith Donoghue, Tiger Roll's jockey and confidant, couldn't hide his emotions after the race.

"It's unbelievable for him to come back and do it again.

"I'm just speechless, it means absolutely everything.

"If it wasn't for this horse, I wouldn't be riding, simple as."

A brilliant, brilliant scene.
