Bridget Andrews wont be forgetting the 4.20 this afternoon at Southwell in a hurry.
Andrews was on board Stick To The Plan, and the 7/4 favourite was leading the Novice's Hurdle in the final yards. She lost her footing in the iron on her right foot, but regained her grip before disaster struck.
She was looking for her first win in six races, before falling off her mount.

Andrews looked like holding on after losing the grip, but ultimately she fell to the turf and was lucky not to be hit by the eventual winner Nemean Lion.
Despite the fall, Andrews regained her composure and took part in the following race, despite the fall.
After the meet, she took to Twitter apologise to those she had let down. According to At The Races, £50,000 was bet on the exchanges on Stick To The Plan winning.
So sorry to everyone I let down today! No excuses I fell off and I will make sure it doesn't happen again!

Some bookmakers went as far as paying out on the horse winning, despite the fall.
