Owner JP McManus is a happy man tonight after three of his investments paid dividends on Day Three of the Cheltenham Festival.
Defi Du Seuil (3/1) romped home in the JLT Novices Chase in the opening race of the day before Sire Du Berlais (4/1) followed up for the Limerick man in the second race, the Pertemps!
McManus bookended Thursday when Ted Walsh trained Any Second Now (6/1) in the Kim Muir.
In between, there were emotional victories for Bryony Frost on board Frodon (9/2) in the Ryanair, whilst Paisley Park (11/8) finished like a dream for Emma Lavelle and Andrew Gemmell.
On a great day for women, Lizzie Kelly rode Siruh Du Lac (9/2) to glory in the Plate, with Eglantine Du Seuil (50/1) proving the only real shock of the day. She picked up the Mares' Novices Hurdle for Willie Mullins under Noel Fehily.
