Sportsmanship is alive and well in horse racing.
The 4.45 at Roscommon today saw Jody McGarvey receive a timely and welcome hand from one of his fellow jockeys.
Aboard Old Supporter, McGarvey hit a fence and looked like he was about to hit the turf.
Danny Mullins, riding Clondaw Dude, intervened to help McGarvey attain verticality once more.
Unfortunately, for both jockeys, they both had to pull up before reaching the finish line.
