Ok, it's getting really, really difficult to resist the urge to describe Tiger Woods as being back to his best as he's only completed three rounds of golf since his return.. But in fairness, he looks like the old Tiger out in the Hero World Challenge.
After a spectacular six-under second round, the lowest score of the day, he flew out of the traps like red-polo Tiger circa 2003 with three birdies on his first three holes.
Then came the fifth hole, a par three, and when Woods landed his tee shot in the bunker most would have thought that his dramatic return to form might be about to slow down.. But those people would have been very wrong.
Woods holed out from the sand, birdieing the fifth. This is the Tiger we know and love.
One raised finger, he's really enjoying his golf and it's great to see.
At the time of writing he is sitting at -5 for the day through 12 holes, -11 for the tournament and trying to claw back leader Hideki Matsuyama on -16.
But even if he doesn't claim the win, it's a big boost for the sport of golf to have such an iconic figure getting back in the swing of things and getting people talking once again. Let's hope it continues.
