Jordan Spieth had a decent second round at the WGC Mexico Championship on Friday as he shot a 71 level par to leave him on +1 for the championship, but his short game was absolutely outstanding.
Spieth's round was not looking too good until the 14th where he holed a long putt for birdie, and the confidence gained from that was clear to be seen as he holed out from off the green on the next two holes.
On the 15th, Spieth drained a nice chip from the fringes for an Eagle, but on the 16th he absolutely nailed a mind-boggling chip that showed off the preparation he put into the course.
That is just sensational.
Spieth finished level par on +1 for the tournament, and with Phil Mickelson sitting in the clubhouse at -7 at the time of writing he faces an uphill battle to get back in contention, but if he keeps up that type of form anything is possible.
