Hearts were in mouths when talk of potential delays in play made their way across the Atlantic from a windy Augusta on Saturday afternoon.
The wind at the Masters seems to have calmed somewhat since, but just look what it did to this four-foot putt on the seventh hole earlier this evening, and pray for the shaft of this man's putter as it surely teeters on the brink of being snapped over his knee.
Just a horrid moment. The wind probably took an assist from Augusta's famously unforgiving greens, but even still, the ball seems to actually pick up pace before it descends down the hill.
Maybe this might be the best approach:
It's windy. Putting is hard in the wind. 💨💨💨
Conclusion: Don't putt. https://t.co/OhXramnL5z— DP World Tour (@DPWorldTour) April 9, 2016
