Paul Dunne has had a truly sensational weekend at St.Andrews, regardless of what happens on the final day of The Open.
The whole of Ireland will be watching as he tees off in an attempt to achieve what will be one of the greatest achievements in the history of golf, which is how big it would be if he were to win a major as an amateur.
Unfortunately for Paul, as he is an amateur a win would mean he couldn't claim the staggering £1.1m prize money, which would go to the second placed player instead, and the Irishman would be left with a mere £500 until the movie about his life comes along.
To put that into perspective, here are 8 things Paul Dunne could buy with his earnings if he wins The Open:
An Xbox One, a copy of Rory McIlory PGA Tour golf, and 11 pizzas.
£340 for an Xbox One with a 1tb hard drive, £44 for Rory McIlory's game which he can create himself in, and 11 £10 take-away pizzas for a serious gaming session.
This rare Lego version of the Death Star from Star Wars.
We're not sure if he's a Star Wars fan, or a Lego fan, but that's a serious bit of kit that will no doubt rise in value over time. Sensible.
A decent laptop.
Nothing spectacular now, but Paul could get himself a solid Lenovo to take with him wherever he plays.
Some bleedin' lethal alloys for his motor.
He's 22 after all, although we're not too sure Greystones is a hotbed of import tuner cars.
This leather couch.
This leather couch. He could buy it.
A one-way flight to New York (JFK).
If he want's to escape the media buzz in Ireland he could come home tonight and take off for JFK tomorrow.
Two of those mad Segway/Monorover things.
Also known as a "swegway" these are ridiculously cool, and surprisingly cheap, so he could buy one for a mate and do loads of fun stuff on them.
125 Penneys t-shirts.
Just because.
