The upcoming TGL golf league, which was founded by Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy, announced more major news today, with a further host of big names signing on.
Among those who have newly joined are Tommy Fleetwood, Tyrell Hatton, Tom Kim, and Shane Lowry, joining the likes of Jon Rahm, Justin Thomas, Colin Morikawa, Max Homa, Justin Rose, and a handful of other top stars
"Everything I’ve heard about TGL is really intriguing," Lowry said in a statement on TGL's website.
Between Ryder Cups and World Cups, I’ve always enjoyed playing with a partner or for a team. It’s great to see golf being creative and trying new things. I imagine this will be a lot of fun.

The TGL is due to begin on January 9, 2024, and will take place at the brand new SoFi Centre in Palm Beach, Florida.
It will see six teams battling it out over the course of the league season, with matches taking place on Monday and Tuesday nights.
Golfers will compete head-to-head on a virtual course in two hour matches, with a live short game area.
Many high-profile athletes have invested in the teams such as Shaquille O'Neal, Steph Curry, Andre Igoudala, Kevin Durant, Dwayne Wade, and Lewis Hamilton.
