"Enjoy those celebrations," Sky Sports' Sarah Stirk told Shane Lowry after his Open victory at Royal Portrush on Sunday evening.

"Oh, I will, don't worry," responded Lowry.

No one really had any fears that he would not.

Those celebrations included a raucous, fist-pumping rendition of 'The Fields Of Athenry' at 37 Dawson St. in Dublin, with Lowry standing on a chair, the Claret Jug in one hand and a pint in the other.

No doubt, many more songs were sung.
