Shocking footage has appeared online of the hospitality pavilion engulfed in flames, at the Ryder Cup host venue.
The huge stand was ever present on our screens last week as it stood beside the first tee at Rome's Marco Simone Golf and Country Club.
It is unclear yet whether there have been any casualties or injuries from the incident.

Europe were 16-11 victors at the event which ran from Friday to Sunday last week, with both Rory McIlroy and Shane Lowry playing important roles.
There were concerns from some quarters whether the course would be up to the task of hosting golf's biggest tournament, but it passed with flying colours.
It received plenty of praise for both the fan experience, with its natural amphitheatres, and the set up of the course, which provided excellent drama.
