The Waste Management Phoenix Open - played annually at TPC Scottsdale - is one of the most and beloved events on the PGA Tour, due to its famously rowdy crowds.
Its atmosphere is exemplified by its legendary 'Stadium Hole', at the par 3 16th, where fans will send a cascade of beer cans and cups onto the course if a hole-in-one is achieved.

However, some players felt today that the behaviour of certain fans went too far when players were in the middle of taking their shots.
Billy Horschel was particularly incensed after members of the gallery were making noise during his playing partner, Nicolo Galetti's, shot.
“Buddy, when he’s over a shot shut the hell up man,” shouted Horschel. “He’s trying to hit a damn golf shot here – it’s our f****** job.”
