Phil Mickelson narrowly missed out on becoming only the 6th player to shoot a sub 60 round on the PGA Tour today in the awfully titled Waste Management Open in Arizona.  He missed by this much;

Even his arch-nemisis Tiger Wood hasn't shot a 59 on tour.  Well, not that Phil has either...
