Greystones amateur golfer Paul Dunne is leading the Open. The 22-year-old from Co.Wicklow produced a blemish-free round of 66 to go in as the clubhouse leader on the Sunday of Open week. Naturally enough then, Greystones, Ireland and a few others are getting very very excited about him.
Dunne is actually the most composed out of all of us. It's no wonder then that his success and prompted the BBC to go full British on him.
For the last time BBC: he's Irish, he's ours. The Americans have a better claim than you do after Dunne's college education at the University of Alabama.
