The second golf major of the year gets underway today, as the US Open tees of at Erin Hills, Wisconsin.
Naturally, all the participants have had their practice and preparation planned out for weeks. What they don't really need is reporters bothering them.
Matt Kuchar has made every US Open since 2008. He has failed to break the top five in any. He's ranked 15th in the world and still chasing down his first major.
Sky Sports tried to grab a few words from Kuch during his practice yesterday. And failed miserably. Reporter Andrew Coltart asks an innocent question about Matt's preparations for the tricky 15th hole.
All credit to @AndrewColtart. Keeps it together after being completely blanked by Kuch. I'd have punched him! pic.twitter.com/IEzngVGxha

Kuch was having none of it. Maybe Coltart has some personal history with Kuchar. Maybe he didn't hear him.
Wait, no, he definitely heard him. Whatever the problem was, the 12 seconds of silence is painfully hilariously awkward.
Kuchar tees off at around 2:30pm Irish time alongside Francesco Molinari and fellow American Patrick Reed.
