England's Aaron Rai would claim his first PGA Tour victory last night, but his triumph was not the main talking point to emerge from the final round of the Wyndham Championship in North Carolina.
The tournament was plagued with a number of problems right from the beginning, with no golf played on Thursday due to poor weather conditions in the area. There would also be delays to play on Friday and Saturday, meaning that all players were required to play at least 36 holes on Sunday.
Max Greyserman looked to be in an ideal position to win the tournament by the time they finally reached the back nine of the final round, only for a quadruple bogey on the 14th to allow Rai back into the frame.
He would eventually win by two shots. In saying that, it was the antics of Matt Kuchar that have been the main talking point after the PGA Tour event.

Matt Kuchar under fire for actions at PGA Tour event
Matt Kuchar has had a reputation of being somewhat of a difficult character during his time on the PGA Tour, something that came to fruition once again yesterday.
In the final group for the round, Kuchar would tee it up on the 18th hole at a time when the daylight was quickly dwindling. He and his playing partners were given the option of playing on or calling a halt to the day's play.
While Max Greyserman and Chad Ramey would finish out the round, Kuchar decided not to do so. This was despite the fact that he was not in contention at the top of the leaderboard and sat in a tie for 12th at the time.
After initially hitting his drive on the final hole, he decided that the conditions were not acceptable and brought his round to an end.

The result of that decision is that Matt Kuchar will not come back on Monday to play the remainder of the 18th hole, despite being the only golfer in the entire field not to finish their final round on Sunday.
As Jim Nantz suggested on American television, it is unlikely that the broadcasters will even be on hand to capture those final few shots of the round.
The move has not gone down well among golf fans, many of whom felt there was a clear lack of respect on display from the 46-year old.
It certainly would not have won him too many plaudits from the volunteers and tournament organisers who will now have to show up on Monday just to allow one player to finish his round.
