Once the green jacket is draped over the victor's shoulders in Butler Cabin, Billy should be the one holding the microphone.
Billy is in the employ of the European Tour. His latest interviewee/victim is Rory McIlroy.

If you're so tough, how come you're so scared of a tiny mosquito?
McIlroy actually admitted something to Billy regarding the whole Zika controversey which he had never done so previously.
A few people used that excuse and I jumped on the bandwagon.
