Money money money money, money.
If that doesn't make sense then just imagine it being performed in some classic American disco-soul courtesy of the O'Jay's.
That's the tune going through Ian Poulter's mind this morning and to be quite honest, we almost have to admire him for it. Fans might lament the fact that sportspeople seem to care more about money than glory at times but in the game of golf, when you're effectively a self-employed businessperson, money is quite important.
Step forward Ian Poulter to fight the good fight.
Poulter finished tied fifth at the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial yesterday following a less than ideal final round of 70. It could have been Poulter's first PGA Tour win since 2012, however, it wasn't to be and some Twitter users decided to troll Poulter over his perceived tendency to 'choke' when it comes down to the wire.
Think I hear the sound of choking again @IanJamesPoulter come on, get a grip!

As tends to happen, the English golfer was only to happy to engage and he delivered a wonderfully Poulter-esque response.
I'm still chocking up the $220,350.00 give me a second I will pull myself together shortly........ https://t.co/itaDfoYOy2

He may not be a winner but we sure as hell would still swap positions with him.
