Ian Poulter took to twitter last night to express his outrage at British Airways in a move that did not at all make him look like a completely out of touch diva:
Booked 6 business seats for my wife & nanny to fly home & @British_Airways downgrade my nanny so katie has no help for 10 hours with 4 kids.

Amazing how @British_Airways have downgraded a full fare ticket when you buy 6 seats together in 1 booking. Just doesn't seem right.

Just to make you laugh @British_Airways offer £200 compensation for the inconvenience of downgrading the seat. I paid slightly more....?

I book with @British_Airways so you don't get crap like this & still get crap. Should & will use @VirginAtlantic next year.

Actually my wife is a real mum, we have the luxury of having some help, as it's difficult to travel with 4 on your own. Lots do it without.

Think you guys are missing the point buy 6 seats at full fare. @British_Airways downgrade because they can. #Tossers #MyViolinWorksFine

So there you have it folks, the next time you think you're having a bad day, just think; at least your nanny wasn't downgraded from business class.
Perhaps he should divert all this energy into his course management.
