During the final round of the Memorial Tournament on Sunday, commentator Jim Nantz told an incredible story about golfer Erik Compton and a chance meeting he had during the week of the competition.

35-year-old Compton is a two-time heart transplant recipient and while out for a meal in Dublin, Ohio he met the aunt of the man who donated the organ which now pumps blood around his body.

Just an amazing thing, he was eating dinner, Erik was this week in Dublin at a place called Tucci's, excellent place.

His server found out that Erik was a two-time heart transplant recipient and she told him then about her nephew who had passed away eight years before in a motorcycle accident.

Erik asked what the young man's name happened to be. She told him and Erik then told her that it was her nephew whose heart he had received with his second transplant.

Amazing.
