Despite the commentator's curse being put on his tee-shot on the third at the K Club this morning, Rory McIlroy still hit the green on the par-3.

The respectfulness of the Irish crowd was being complimented just as McIlroy was about to tee-off. As if to stick two fingers to the Sky Sports team, a spectator shouted 'Get in the hole'.

It was met with a swift response - apparently from one of the caddies according to Sky Sports - telling the loud mouth to 'Get off the course'.

McIlroy began his Irish Open with a 67 on Thursday. That was followed up with two rounds of 70 on Friday and Saturday, the latter of which was interrupted by poor weather conditions. It meant McIlroy took a three-shot lead into today's final round.
