If you thought that shanks and hooks only happened to ordinary golfers then JB Holmes is here to make you feel all better.
Holmes was in the round of 16 match with Jim Furyk in the WGC matchplay.
Holmes had a bit of a meltdown on the 10th hole, first with a horrendous shank that nearly took someone's head off, and then with another shot and did down a spectator:

Don't worry, it has been reported that the spectator is alright.
Holmes went on to lose the hole, and then the match, as Furyk went into the quarter finals.
Furyk is now facing McIlroy in the semi finals
