Early morning Sky Sports News can be a strange place at times.

I think everyone would agree that Sky Sports News is a great news channel when you don't watch more than about a half an hour a day, because any longer than that and you slowly begin to lose your mind. Whether it's the top scorer in the UK netball league telling your how great it is that participation is up, or anyone talking about Speedway, the things they use to fill the early hours and afternoons in between hourly bulletins can be stunningly boring at times.

At least this latest segment couldn't be called boring, but it can be called complete bullshit, and a sign that Sky Sports News are suffering from sleep deprivation.

Is their success connected? No. It isn't. The word "co-incidence" doesn't exist in the Sky Sports studios apparently. Can you go back to interviewing fans who hang around the club stadium in the middle of the day please? Thanks.
