Usually, the first reveal of a new FIFA game offers nothing to get too excited about. They are usually purely theatrical and give you a preview a soundtrack song you're going to absoltuely despise in a few months, but not this year.
Ahead of E3 next week, EA Sports have released a FIFA 17 teaser trailer that promises a very big change to a totally new engine, EA's renowned Frostbite engine, in place of the Ignite engine that has produced many of the comical bugs you'll see on social media.
Also, the facial recognition is absolutely staggering with new technology used to record genuine emotions, but enough talking, watch the trailer below and look at how freakishly lifelike Eden Hazard looks.
Awesome.
As always, we have to contain our excitement in the hopes that these big changes actually materialise when the game releases, which is no guarantee.
But it's a good start. We're looking forward to E3, big time.
