"GET OVER IT!"
We know, we know, we are over it. For the most part...
It can get tiresome hearing people continuing to moan about Thierry Henry's handball against Ireland almost nine years after the incident took place, but for feck sake, the man is now going to be in a basketball game.
NBA 2K is the daddy of basketball games, and for our money the most realistic sports game on the market right now, but they are not scared to deviate from reality when it comes to celebrities, as can be clearly seen by the confirmation that former Arsenal and Barcelona striker Thierry Henry is in the game.
You’re not mistaken, that’s me in #NBA2K17!Want to play hoops w/me? Pre-Order @NBA2K today https://t.co/1W8O4cANPB pic.twitter.com/IA0Zyzcz80

Delighted for him.
Now he can handle all the balls he wants without having to making Damien Duff cry. Reports are unconfirmed as to whether or not William Gallas will also be playble and will look for alley-oops from Henry by default, but hopefully 2K know their football.
The joke was an obvious one, and we can't claim to have been the only ones to have had the thought...

Sorry.
