Another day another huge Call of Duty update. At this point almost all the gigabytes in the world must be taken up by COD. Nonetheless, we still love the game and it's worth every single one of those gbs; albeit we're set for another long wait on it all to download.
Here's everything you need to know about the latest update.
How big is the Call of Duty update?
For owners of the full game, the latest update is around 30gb on Xbox One, around 20gb on PS4 and similar on PC.
What's in the new Call of Duty update?
The standout additions are two new online maps; one for Gunfight and a new multiplayer map. Special Operations has been given a twist whereby "Some enemies may charge more frequently or maybe they can only be taken down with headshots" and new Modified Special Operations has been added.
When it comes to Warzone there have been some changes to the weaponary you get in the Gulag. The final circle will also move in Battle Royale games, while the 'Most Wanted' contracts have been added back in. In addition a new loot item has been added, called "Armor Box," that will resupply the entire team's armour. This can be found in loot on the ground and has also replaced shield turrets at buy stations.

When it comes to the Gulag, you will now be presented with a random selection from 6 ARs and 4 SMGs. Namely:

There's also some new loot additions with the legendary SKS added, as well as the following blueprints:
- AX-50 – Epic
- Kilo 141 – Legendary
- FAL – Epic
- MP7 – Legendary
- AUG- Epic
