Just when you thought the Marvel Spiderman goodness was over, we’ve got more story mission launching next week. Spiderman The Heist DLC which releases on the 23rd of October, is the first chapter in The City That Never Sleeps DLC which can buy for a little over €30.
So what’s been added I hear you ask?
Well, there are 3 new spidey suits for you to try out. They include The Resilient Suit, Scarlet Spider II suit and the Spider UK Spider-verse suit. You can also enjoy all the suits from the main game on top of these new additions.
If you’ve played the main game, you’ll know that each suit comes with its own unique set of abilities. Thankfully Insomniac Games decided that abilities aren’t locked to a certain suit. So it’s all about how you want to play the game.
The Heist focuses on Spiderman’s relationship with Black Cat. She had a small cameo in the main game as Spiderman has to roam the city looking for black cat statues that she has left across Manhattan in building that she’s robbed.
The other two DLC episodes are Turf Wars and Silver Lining. These will release in November and December respectively.
Marvel's Spiderman was the fastest selling PS4 exclusive, beating another PS4 classic, God of War. In its first 3 days of being on sale, Spiderman sold over 3.3 million copies. Over 10% of players have also achieved the Platinum trophy which you only get when you 100% the game.
