Pro Evolution Soccer have announced some massive news this afternoon; they have signed an exclusive deal with former English midfielder David Beckham to appear in their 'My Club' legend's series in PES 2018.
It was unclear whether Beckham would be a part FIFA 18 when they announced a revamp of their own legends to the brand new ICONs which include the likes of Diego Maradona and the Brazilian wizard, Ronaldinho, but it is now clear that Konami have stolen a march on their rivals in this regard.
The free kick specialist represented England 115 times while also playing for clubs like Manchester United, Real Madrid, AC Milan, PSG and LA Galaxy, and Beckham spoke of his delight to be in the new PES 2018,
It is a great honour to join the roster of legends that work with KONAMI as PES Ambassadors.
I look forward to seeing my career represented in this fantastic game, and working with such a talented team of people who obviously love football as much as I do.
Beckham is not the only former athlete to be in PES 18, the fastest man on the planet and massive Man United fan, Usain Bolt will also be a part of the My Club series.
Bolt is an incredibly exciting signing for PES 2018 and no doubt his pace is bound to make defenders dizzy in the upcoming game.
Pro Evolution 2018 will be available to purchase from September 14.
