Seven years ago today the Nintendo Switch was showcased just months before its launch in March 2017.
Since then it has become the third best selling games console of all-time, and brought Nintendo right back to the top of the gaming world after years of uncertainty.
But fans are now eager for the new and improved Nintendo Switch 2, and we might now have a release date.
A Possible Release Date For The Nintendo Switch 2?
Leading global audio electronics company Altec Lansing will be the first licensee of the upcoming AI Shark software, which is an evolution of the Game Shark cheat cartridges.
In a statement announcing the partnership, they also made a claim as to when the launch of the Nintendo Switch 2 will be:
Formerly known as GameShark, AI Shark is set to redefine the gaming landscape with its revolutionary AI-enhanced technology.
The innovative gaming software is set to mark a significant leap forward in the gaming experience, bringing enhanced gameplay for beginner-level users. The official launch is planned to coincide with the Nintendo Switch 2 in September 2024.
However, it has been taken with a pinch of salt considering Nintendo have yet to confirm any details regarding the name or release date of their new console.
