As the the release of EA Sports FC 24 draws ever closer, gamers have been given a closer look at the changes that are set to come in the first game since its departure from the 'FIFA' title.
Various aspects of the game are set to undergo some notable changes, across all of the different modes. For example, Ultimate Team will see the inclusion of women players for the first time, as well as the addition of 'evolutions' to allow you to upgrade player items as the season goes on.
When it comes to the gameplay itself, you can expect to see a few aspects that will affect the feel of players on the pitch.
For example, the 'hypermotion' technology used in EA Sports FC 24 has been upgraded to give a more realistic reflection of player movement on the pitch.
This includes when it comes to things such as dribbling.
New Dribble Move Could Be A Game-Changer In EA Sports FC 24
Dribbling is perhaps the facet of the game that many get more enjoyment out of than any other, with there being nothing quite going on an exciting run with the ball at your feet in-game.
EA Sports FC 24 will see the addition of a new type of dribbling move. Not only should it make the game feel more realistic, but it will also add to your arsenal when it comes to breezing by opposition defenders.
The 'effort dribble touch' will essentially give you the power to tell the player in control of the ball to perform another touch quickly after their previous one, giving you more freedom to draw in an opposing player and going by them.
In previous editions of the game, you could find that players would far too often dribble into a tackler and lose the ball clumsily. This new feature should ease that issue.
You can watch an example of it below.

According to EA Sports:
Effort Dribble Touch is a new mechanic in EA SPORTS FC™ 24 that allows you to quickly knock the ball in any direction and set up your next move.
This is a great tool for moving the ball out of the path of your opponent’s feet, or to take a defender by surprise with a Controlled First Touch when used as your first touch of the ball.
Gamers can perform the new animation by pressing R1+Right Stick/RB+Right Stick. A quick flick on the right stick will shift the ball in a shorter distance, while a holding the right stick will move it further.
This is a very interesting change, one that will affect the gameplay in EA Sports FC 24. We're looking forward to testing it out.
