Jay from The Inbetweeners is one of the better characters to come from British television in the last decade, as every kid who so much as attended a secondary school will instantly relate to the braggadocious bullshit that came spewing out of his mouth, often met with sarcasm or pure calling out of bullshit from his pals.
But off the screen, it seems that James Buckley is nothing like the character he played on TV as he speaks nothing but sense in the below video.
The debate of Pro Evo vs FIFA is one which has raged on for ages and likely will do for the foreseeable future, and while EA SPORTS' FIFA is still the landslide winner in terms of sales and popularity, when it comes to offline gameplay against the CPU, Pro Evo is the winner this year for many gamers.
Buckley is one of those gamers. A man with a clear passion for gaming, the 'Inbetweeners' star set up his own YouTube gaming channel fantastically called 'Completed It Mate', and one of his first videos was pouring his heart out urging FIFA fans to give PES a chance.
Here what he has to say, because he makes a lot of valid points:
There really is nothing quite like the experience that Pro Evolution Soccer 4 offered to gamers.
While FIFA seems to be moving more and more towards scrapping single player altogether and making the entire game about Ultimate Team, PES is busy trying to repair the damage to their reputation they have done in recent years, and they certainly are improving.
It's clear that Buckley hasn't thought too much about the online arena, as PES is still miles behind FIFA when it comes to offering a competitive online experience, but the game is getting closer and closer every year.
