A new potential release date has emerged for the upcoming GTA 6 trailer, which is due to drop at some point next month.
So starved have fans been of a new GTA release that there is much scrutinising and speculation over the exact date of just the trailer launch.
Potential GTA 6 Trailer Dates
Given that the trailer announcement also referenced Rockstar's 25th anniversary, which is on the 10th of December, and that the statement specifically said 'early December', this date is the current front runner.
December 7th has also been mooted as it is the date of The Game Awards 2023.

However, a new potential release date has entered the race, thanks to an observant Italian fan, who went on the GTA forums to announce his findings.
The user, called MaxLogan, pointed out that in the Italian version of the announcement it had the following line:
'Siamo davvero felici di annunciarvi che nei primi giorni di dicembre pubblicheremo il primo trailer del prossimo capitolo di Grand Theft Auto.'
The important phrase here is 'primi giorni di dicembre', which translates to 'first days of December', rather than 'early December'.
He also explained that, in Italy, this phrase generally refers to a date between the 3rd and 5th of the month.
Knowing Rockstar, they may very well try and catch us off guard with a completely different date entirely, as they did with their surprise trailer announcement.
