It's one of the most hotly anticipated game releases of all time, and we now know when we will get our first glimpse at the trailer for the upcoming GTA 6.
Rockstar Games broke the internet (well, in gaming spheres, anyway) last month when they revealed that the first trailer for the latest installment in the Grand Theft Auto would be released before the year's end.
The weeks that have followed have been defined by an endless barage of rumours, leaks, and guesses as to what we might see in GTA 6.
After all, fans have waited over a decade since the release of the previous installment, with GTA V celebrating its tenth birthday in September.
Rockstar Games confirmed on Friday when the first trailer for the hotly anticipated GTA 6 will be released.

After the trailer is released, then begins the wait for the game itself to be released, with any potential release date still unconfirmed by Rockstar Games.
In the meantime, gamers can reminisce on the "glory days" of Grand Theft Auto by playing the iconic trilogy of GTA III, Vice City, and San Andreas for free on Netflix from December 14.
