It's week three of season four in Fortnite and that of course means a new list of challenges. One of those is a quest to follow the treasure map found in Salty Springs, and we are here to show you how to do it.
As always with these challenges, you don't actually have to go and find the map first but just in case you want to be really proper about it, we'll show you the map location and the actual place where you can find the treasure.
How to Follow The Treasure Map Found In Salty Springs
So if you want to find the map you're obviously going to want to land in Salty Springs. However the map isn't actually located in any of the houses in the estate, it's on the inside of the hut which is located just on the northern outskirts.

Now this week's map is really easy. Can you tell where it is yet?
It is of course the race track located on the eastern side of the map, a place that people rarely visit. The icon is in near the bottom of the track.
Now as always, once you collect the icon make sure to get killed or win the game because if you simply choose to quit the challenge it won't be counted as complete. This week's other challenges include Search chests in Lonely Lodge, Eliminate opponents in Tilted Towers and an interesting one that requires you to Search Rubber Duckies.
In case you're new to the concept of challenges, every week Fortnite releases a new list and you earn EXP by completing each one. The EXP helps you rise through a Tier and with each unlocked tier comes some goodies, such as new skins, emotes etc. You have to buy battlepass to be able to play it but it's well worth the few quid. Best of luck in completing them and rising up through those tiers.
