For as long as career mode has been around on FIFA, there has always been something about finding a wonderkid and watching him progress through the ranks at the club. Over the years there's been a number of teenage stars in the game with seriously high potential, but few ever go on to actually reach that potential in real life.
We have decided to pick out eight of the best FIFA 23 wonderkids you need to sign in Career Mode.
The likes of Haaland, Pedri, Eduardo Camavinga and Jude Bellingham all have potential ratings of over 90 in the game, but we're going to look at some of the hidden gems that are currently rated lower than 75.
Must have wonderkids in Career Mode
Youssoufa Moukoko - ST- Borussia Dortmund - 69 rated (88 Potential)
Moukoko is certainly a FIFA 23 wonderkid and the 17-year-old has a staggering 19 growth potential if you can get the most out of him. The German teenager will likely cost around £4 million if you manage to sign him during the first season.
Rodrigo Gomes - LM - SC Braga - 67 rated (85 Potential)
If you're looking for a young wideman with huge potential growth at the start of this year's game, look no further than Rodrigo Gomes. The 17-year-old has a potential rating of 85 and will cost just over £1 million pound at the start of your managerial journey.

Harvey Elliott - CAM - Liverpool - 73 rated (87 Potential)
Liverpool starboy Harvey Elliott is a must have if you're looking for a long term project on FIFA 23 career mode. Elliott's value is initally at around £3.5 million and luring him away from Anfield could cost you a little more, but one thing for certain is that if you wait a couple of seasons before buying the youngster, he'll cost tens of millions more.
Jamie Bynoe-Gittens - LM - Borussia Dortmund - 67 rated (87 potential)

18-year-old Jamie Bynoe-Gittens is another winger worth keeping an eye on for your FIFA 23 career mode. With his speed rating already in the 80s, the English man will likely grow to be an unstoppable force on the flanks for your club and is valued at around £3 million.

New Arsenal signing Marquinhos is another solid option, with bags of potential in FIFA 23. With a flair and finesse shot trait already, the 19-year-old would be an ideal option for anyone aiming to take a championship side up the ranks and similarly to Bynoe-Gittens, will cost around £3 million.
6. Antonio Silva - CB- Benfica - 69 rated (87 potential)
18-year-old Antonio Silva looks like a must buy defender if you're looking for someone with high potential growth. The Portuguese centre back stands at 6ft 2inches tall. With an initial value of £3.3 million, Silva does have a release clause set at just under £9 million if you wish to skip negotiations with Benfica and bag this FIFA 23 wonderkid.

Fabio Miretti - CM - Juventus - 72 rated (87 potential)
Fabio Miretti is without a doubt going to be a go to central midfielder for Career Mode fanatics this year. With a four star week foot and some decent passing stats already, Miretti has serious potential to grow into one of the best midfielders in the game. The 18-year-old is valued at just over £5 million at the start of the game.
Gavin Bazunu - GK - Southampton - 70 rated (85 potential)
All Irish fans already know the heights that Gavin Bazunu can grow to, but finally, FIFA are starting to agree. Although we personally think Bazunu can grow beyond his maximum 85 potential in years to come, he's certainly one of the best goalkeeping options with high potential in FIFA 23.
