2024 is over and that only means one thing; it's time for fans to pick the best and brightest of last year and crown their TOTY on EA Sports FC 25.
In what was a jam-packed year of football fans flooded stadiums across Paris, the USA and Germany for the Olympics, Copa America and European Championships.
Now fans all over have the chance to crown their FC 25 TOTY. Having released the list of coveted candidates this week, EA Sports are now inviting fans to vote for their selections (men's vote here and women's vote here).
Ahead of the team being picked, we've enlisted the help of Ireland international Jamie Finn and Eric Roberts to pick the best men's XI of last year.

EA Sports FC 25: Jamie Finn and Eric Roberts select Men's TOTY
Finn and Roberts were in flying form but hit a roadblock straight out of the gates as the pair of avid Liverpool fans had to painstakingly exclude Liverpool's Alison Becker, opting for Copa America winner Emiliano Martínez instead.
"Would totally agree, (Martinez) is in top form at Villa as well, so we're gonna agree" Finn added.
While the pair came to odds over their left-back picks, it was Alex Grimaldo's ten goals which earned him his spot.
Next up Virgil Van Dijk slid in with no debate before Jamie Finn's centre-back selection of Ruben Diaz followed. Like Van Dijk there was little surprise when the pair elected Trent Alexander-Arnold on the right.
While there was little disagreement about the Liverpool men, Roberts and Finn found themselves at an impasse in the midfield when Finn simply couldn't wrap her head around how Eric could include Cole Palmer over Messi.
Finn: How can you not have Messi in your team?
Roberts: I don't want to be this guy, it's Leo Messi he's the greatest player who's ever lived, but, he's playing out in America. Cole Palmer has been outstanding for Chelsea
Finn: I really want to stick to my guns and say no Messi, but I think Cole Palmer is in good form, he's probably one of the best players in the Premier League in the moment.
It was plain sailing after the pair settled on Cole Palmer, with Bellingham, Salah, Vini Jr. and Haaland all taking spots without resistance.
