EA Sports revealed that their newest game of the Super Mega Baseball series will be available on June the 2nd on all platforms.
After three successful games launched in the past, EA Sports have worked on a fourth edition of the baseball game. They have created a new interactive and immersive experience whilst keeping the series' signature humorous style.
Baseball hall of famer David 'Big Papi' Ortiz will be on the cover of the brand new EA Sports game. It's the first time a real player will feature on the cover of a Super Mega Baseball game.

This game will be the best one of the series with massive upgrades and new gameplay depth.
Super Mega Baseball 4 new features
EA Sports have added some new features on top of their well known foundational modes: Exhibition, Franchise, Pennant Race, Season and Online Leagues.
There will be over 200 baseball legends in the game. One of the most awaited feature by the fans has been added. Alongside those legends, EA have kept their beloved Super Mega Baseball characters. This new feature allows players to have a mixed rosters with the brand new shuffle draft. It allows you to play with both Baseball legends and Super Mega Baseball characters on your team.
For the first time ever, Super Mega Baseball will be on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. EA Sports have also decided that this game will be a Cross platform game. This means you can face someone who has a different console than you. It remains also available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC just like the previous editions.
The brand new game of the series will also contain a range of Top Community Requests. EA have added the shuffle draft that was well demanded by the series' fans. Other minor additions consist in new player traits, new team chemistry system, automatic walks and runners, two-way players, expanded bullpens, customizable free agent pools and more. This will bring a new gameplay depth to the Super Mega Baseball series.
New visuals will feature on Super Mega Baseball 4. Indeed a new authentic experience will be provided with cinematic baseball powered by new cameras. New cutscene animations and lightning provides a true life environment in every stadium.
There's some upgrades and new features in the game's audio. New crowds, voiceover and foley audio give the game a big audio upgrade from home plate to the bleachers. There will also be a new soundtrack with both licensed and original music.
