EA SPORTS FC have welcomed 13 new Heroes making their debut in EA SPORTS FC 25, each with the ability to grow with your Football Ultimate Team club just as they did during their respective careers.
For the first time ever, all players that pre-order EA SPORTS FC 25 Ultimate Edition by August 20 will be rewarded by receiving a day-one ‘Origin Hero’ item available from early access launch, which will automatically upgrade to a ‘Prime Hero’ item come November 28th. A reward for those willing to purchase the new game early.
To celebrate the announcement, watch the comic-book style EA SPORTS FC Heroes trailer showcasing the Origin-to-Prime Hero transformations of Eden Hazard, Tim Howard, Laura Georges, and Maicon as they change from debutants to superheroes, each demonstrating the unique, out-of-this-world abilities they bring to The World’s Game.
Speaking at the launch, former Everton goalkeeper Tim Howard is looking forward to playing the new game:
“There's a lot of heroes in this beautiful game that we love across the globe, and the fact that I'm one of the FC Heroes this year is special to me."

Donning their masks, capes and supersuits as larger-than-life versions of themselves, this year’s roster of EA SPORTS FC 25 Ultimate Team Heroes will include 13 new additions:

Charlie Villiers, Sr. Director, Franchise Marketing EA SPORTS FC was also speaking at the launch:

Fans who pre-order EA SPORTS FC 25 Ultimate Edition before August 20 will also receive an untradeable Hero or ICON Player Item in FC 24 Ultimate Team from the Greats of the Game campaign.
New 5v5 game mode Rush will also be included in Ultimate Team, while contract items will no longer be required in order to play matches.
EA SPORTS FC 25 will be available to play on September 27, 2024 with early access through the Ultimate Edition beginning September 20, 2024. EA Play members get a 10-hour early access trial of EA SPORTS FC 25 starting September 20.
