For many of us, Crash Bandicoot was a huge part of our childhood. The games that were released in the 90s were some of the best titles on the original PlayStation, with all three proving to be smash hits.
The remastered versions that were released in 2017 gave us another taste, as did Crash Team Racing. Now we are getting another game, but this time on mobile.
'Crash Bandicoot Mobile' is already available in Malaysia, and is set to hit these shores in the coming weeks.
In the vein of 'Temple Run' or the recent Mario game, which will see users help Crash avoid obstacles on an endless track, collecting other stuff along the way. However unlike other similar releases, this one will also include bosses that you will face at the end of the different tracks.
On the Play Store the game is described as:
A new kind of Crash adventure featuring your favourite characters! Crash & Coco team up to put a stop to Dr Neo Cortex's evil plan to destroy the multiverse!
In this new mobile episode, Dr Neo Cortex has dispatched mutagen henchmen across the multiverse to enslave all dimensions. With the help of his sister Coco, Crash must bash Cortex's minions back to their own dimensions!
Run, spin and slide your way into madness with this new Crash Bandicoot game!

There is no date announced for an Irish release, but it is unlikely to be too far away.
This is unlikely to be the last time we see Crash Bandicoot in 2020. It has been rumoured that a fourth title to follow up the N-Sane trilogy will be released to accompany the launch of the PS5 later this year, with the game said to be in the works for the last three years.
