Under the last days of Jose Mourinho's reign at Chelsea, their social media accounts gained a reputation for having a disdain of objective truth similar to that of Soviet Russia. Take for example this 'match report' of a comprehensive 3-0 defeat to Manchester City:

Wexford GAA are certainly free of the trappings of Jose's regime, as the person manning their official twitter account was determined to offer an honest appraisal of their hurlers' performance against Waterford.

They were slightly worried early on 

Worries which were not misplaced 

They were unimpressed by Wexford's slow start

They pointed to differences from the Cork victory...

...and their only potential reprieve 

The sweeper sweeping statements soon followed 

An opinion supported by a worrying stat 

A half-time perspective

Before a brief Wexford flurry in the rain inspired hope 

Before a mazy run by Austin Gleeson killed momentum 

There was very little consolation on offer at full-time 

Disappointment then, for Wexford. But theirs is a young team, and if they can build on the win against Cork and perhaps re-introduce Jack Guiney, then Wexford's tweets next year may be more in line with the kind of joy they exhibited post-Cork:
