Westmeath pulled off a memorable comeback against Meath at Croke Park to progress to the Leisnter final. Ten points down at one stage, they eventually won by four on a scoreline of 3-19 to 2-18.
It was Westmeath's first ever victory over their neighbours in the Championship.
Understandably, the Westmeath players and staff were delirious about the result.
