Ballygunner, Mount Sion, Roanmore and De La Salle all marched to victories in the quarter-finals of the Waterford Senior Hurling Championship over the weekend.
Mount Sion defeated Lismore by 17 points at Fraher Field on Sunday, with newly installed Waterford hurling manager Davy Fitzgerald watching on from the stand.
The Clareman saw 45-year-old Dan Shanahan, the 2007 Hurler of the Year and a player Fitzgerald managed during his first stint as Waterford manager, start the game for Lismore.
