Finally a positive camogie story to share - Waterford is rearranging its club fixtures to facilitate as much support as possible for their camogie team playing in the All-Ireland Intermediate final on September 13th.
Games which were originally scheduled for the day of the All-Ireland are now being brought forward to the 12th of September in an act of solidarity for their Deise stickwomen. The decision has been met with resounding support on Twitter including this message from the Waterford Camogie Association.
Great to hear @WaterfordGAA have moved club games to 12th to allow everyone to support @deisecamogie in Croke Park on 13th #JointheJourney

Elsewhere, the Waterford Ladies Football team are also due to take part in the Intermediate All-Ireland Final later in the month. Waterford GAA are already being urged to extend the same gesture in advance of that game.
Great to see @WaterfordGAA supporting @deisecamogie by changing all club games...I'm expecting the same to be done for @WaterfordLGFA ?⚪️ — Shane Ryan (@ShaneRyan_13) September 1, 2015
