Anyone watching the RTÉ Six One News on Monday evening was given a bit of a jolt when a rather monotonous polling of public opinion on Doland Trump was given a boost from a man in a GAA jacket.
We make it our business to bring you the most random and obscure GAA jersey sightings here at Balls.ie, and it is with great thanks to RTÉ that we bring you the latest.
The man, clearly an Irishman who has been living in the states for some time, explained that Trump's manner of speaking being different to the norm in politics was why he was voting to 'Make America Great Again'...
And when we said 'clearly an Irishman', we meant it:
So there it is. A GAA jacket from America on the RTÉ news, and a very, very Irish man who is voting for Donald Trump.
We can't for the life of us make out which jacket it is... Could it be Kerry? Donegal? Offaly? Or is it a club jacket? If you know please get in touch, this is vitally important to us.
UPDATE:
One of our readers on twitter may have solved the riddle:
@ballsdotie oh jaysus! He's an Offaly man alright. That's Kilcormac/Killoughey if I'm not mistaken? pic.twitter.com/UC9Qoe41uO

An all time classic 'GAA garment on TV' moment.
