How to watch Mayo v Cork
Mayo v Cork will be streamed live on GAA GO with coverage getting underway at 1:30pm ahead of throw-in at 2pm.
What's at Stake?
Mayo have already secured their place in the next round regardless of Sunday's result. However, a win or draw against Cork would guarantee them the top spot in the table and therefore a direct route into the quarter-finals.
Cork on the other hand, are still at risk of elimination. Should Louth beat Kerry, and Cork lose to Mayo then either Kerry or Cork would be eliminated on points difference.
Form Guide
Mayo are unbeaten so far in the Championship and are one of the Sam Maguire favourites at the moment. They've backed up those prospects with their results after travelling to Killarney and handing the defending champions a comprehensive five-point loss. However, despite that emphatic victory, they scraped through their game with winless Louth beating them by the bare minimum in their second game.
Cork on the other hand have just one win and a loss. They beat Mickey Harte's Louth by just two points the first day out but suffered their own two-point defeat in the next round when Kerry beat them 1-14 to 0-15. While they have plenty of potential, this Cork team simply aren't operating at the same level Mayo are.
Mayo are heavy favourites for Sunday's encounter, but they were pulled close by Louth and Cork faired much better against Kerry than anyone had expected. While it would be an upset if Cork did win, this game could be a lot closer than Mayo fans would like.
